Hi, I'm Nick.
For as long as I can remember, people have been at the centre of my life.
From growing up in my father's grocery business to building and running businesses in both the UK and Spain, I've spent much of my life working alongside people from all walks of life.
I've experienced the rewards and pressures of business ownership, led teams, navigated setbacks, embraced change and learned lessons that no classroom could ever teach.
Looking back, those experiences taught me something important.
Most people already have the answers they're looking for.
Sometimes they simply need the time, space and support to uncover them.
That's why I created The Inner Truth.
A Life Shaped By Experience
My journey has taken me in many different directions.
After spending my early years working within the family business, I later moved to Spain, where I established and ran a successful construction company, learned the language and immersed myself in a completely different way of life.
During that time, I also became involved in property, buying and renovating homes while working closely with local communities and employees.
Following the Spanish recession, I returned to the UK and established my own taxi business before helping to grow Sparkling Solutions, a company which today employs people across the South West.
Every chapter brought different challenges, different opportunities and countless conversations.
Together, those experiences shaped not only my career, but my understanding of people.
What I've Learned
Over the years, I've come to believe that life rarely moves in a straight line.
We all experience periods of uncertainty, change, challenge and self-doubt.
Sometimes we're overwhelmed by responsibility.
Sometimes we lose confidence.
Sometimes we simply feel stuck.
I've learned that honest conversation can be incredibly powerful.
When we're given the opportunity to speak openly, free from judgement or expectation, clarity often begins to emerge.
My role isn't to tell people what to do.
My role is to listen, ask questions, offer perspective and help people uncover what's already within them.
